SHIPPING:
To keep shipping costs at a minimum, we use United Parcel Service Ground
transportation. Should you require faster service, please let us know, and
we will find the lowest rate available. We will always notify you of the
cost and obtain your approval before we process the order.
SHIPPING DESTINATION:
We only ship to the contiguous USA. We DO NOT
ship to APO/FPO or to foreign countries.
SALES TAX:
Sales tax is added to orders that are shipped to the State of
Tennessee. Tax rate
is 9.25%.

Credit Cards - We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American
Express. In order to protect our customers, we ask for your credit
card billing address (the address where your statement is sent).
Personal Checks - We will process an order immediately upon receipt
of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal checks, the
order will be shipped upon check clearance, which may take up
to ten business days.
Corporate Accounts - Corporate account memberships are available
for Fortune 1000 companies, government agencies and educational
institutions. For information regarding setting up a corporate

RETURN POLICY:
In
the unlikely event, you are unhappy with your order,
products must be returned in its original condition.
All products must be returned to us at your own expense. We
recommend that you use a service such as UPS that provides a
tracking number and includes insurance. In addition, you must
return items within 7 days from the date items were received.
Once we have received and approved your return, we will issue a
credit back to the original payment method. The credit will be for
the amount of the products. Credit will not be issued for the
original shipping charge.
HOW TO ORDER:
Online:
Browse the large selections of products and enter the quantity
for each product that you want to order. You can even order 1
item of a snack selection. Then, review your order, by clicking
on the checkout button. To maintain your low price online, the
minimum order is $20. If you have not reached the minimum order,
click on the "Continue Shopping" button to add to your
order. After your order has been placed, you will receive an "Order
ID Number" and a complete summary of the charges. Also you
will receive an email with a Confirmation of your order.

You can easily print out your order by clicking on the Print Button
on the browser located at the top of the screen.
